SDG Membership Management Regulations |

1. Purpose
To promote SDG Group’s sustainable development initiatives, reliable partners are invited to participate and become long-term SDG members. These regulations are established to define the management and participation of SDG members. 2. Scope Eligible members include SDG Group employees, SDG Group directors and supervisors, distributors and direct customers, partners and suppliers, public welfare partners (such as volunteer clubs, evergreen clubs, community centers, and MEAN WELL Youth), SDG partners, ESG enterprise partners, as well as other recommended individuals or organizations with notable contributions to public welfare and education. 3. Membership and Upgrade/Downgrade Standards 3.1 Membership Application Any individual who registers through the SDG SHARE app will become a Green Card member. Green Card members may accumulate SDG points and, subject to system verification, be upgraded to higher membership levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Card). 3.2 Standards for Membership Upgrade and Downgrade Membership upgrades and downgrades are determined based on a two-year points evaluation. For each card category, members ranked in the top one-third by PR value will be upgraded, while those ranked in the bottom one-third will be downgraded. Membership levels are updated automatically by the system every January and finalized through discussion in the SDG meeting. 4. Membership type Membership can be obtained by applying through the SDG SHARE app. Upon completion of registration, the responsible authority will review the membership level according to the standards described in Section 3, assign the designated card level, and issue the corresponding membership points. 4.1 Individual Members:
6. Absence Policy Members who cancel or are absent from registered activities for personal reasons three or more times will have their activity registration privileges suspended for one year. 7. Points Accumulation All points must be applied for by the organizing party and approved according to the process and authority defined by the regulations.
8. Charity Sales The Foundation may conduct online or offline exhibitions and charity sales of artworks as part of its public welfare and sustainability initiatives. Proceeds from these sales may be received in cash or SDG points and will be donated to the MEAN WELL Foundation to support public welfare, environmental protection, and social assistance projects. 9.
